SFPVIDEO.COM / WEBSITE PRIVACY
Your information.
This page describes how this website handles information. Updated October 26, 2026.
Project inquiries
If you submit a project brief, the site collects your name, email, project description, filming region and any optional business, timing or budget details you provide. Your consent and the page you used are recorded with the inquiry. Please do not include confidential, legal, financial, health or other sensitive client information.
Briefs are saved for Stoking Fire Productions in the project's Supabase database, hosted within EVKII's website infrastructure. They are not automatically emailed, sent to advertising platforms, or shared with EVKII for its own marketing. A successful submission is not a booking or acceptance of a project.
Service providers and operational information
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase processes and stores submitted briefs. These services may process request information needed to operate the site. The inquiry system uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. No advertising pixels or analytics tracking have been added to this website.
Video playback
Film posters are hosted locally. Opening a film connects to the YouTube privacy-enhanced player. YouTube and original-source links have their own privacy practices. Captions and playback availability depend on the source film.
Your browser
The live project form keeps your input on the current page if a submission fails. It does not save live inquiry details to browser session storage. The separate preview test form may retain fictional input in the tab's session storage until reset.
Separate inquiries
Optional website and growth services are provided separately by EVKII. Following its link opens EVKII's website; this form does not transfer your project brief to that inquiry path.
Questions or requests
